Maintenance Technician (Facilities & Equipment) - (TX - Stafford)

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our dumpling manufacturing team.

You will be responsible for ensuring our production machinery runs smoothly and our facility remains in top shape.

This role requires a blend of mechanical troubleshooting and general building upkeep.

Key Responsibilities Machine Maintenance :

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on food processing equipment (mixers, dumpling forming machines, conveyors, and packaging sealers).

Facilities Upkeep :

• Handle basic plumbing, electrical repairs, lighting, and general handyman tasks around the warehouse and office.

Troubleshooting :

• Quickly diagnose mechanical or electrical failures to minimize production downtime.

Food Safety (GMP) :

• Ensure all repairs are done according to food safety standards.
