Maintenance Technician (General / Electrical)

To carry out general maintenance, basic electrical works, and repair tasks to ensure all facilities, equipment, and utilities are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

1. General Maintenance
   • Repair doors, locks, hinges, and other basic fixtures.
   • Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and repair works when required.
   • Ensure workplace facilities are safe and functional.
2. Electrical Works (Basic)
   • Replace and install lighting (bulbs, LED, fixtures).
   • Repair and replace power sockets, plugs, and switches.
   • Conduct basic electrical testing to ensure power supply is functioning.
   • Troubleshoot minor electrical issues.
3. Preventive Maintenance
   • Carry out routine inspection of facilities and report defects.
   • Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
