Maintenance Technician

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in keeping our nursing facility safe, functional, and welcoming for residents, staff, and visitors. This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of building systems including basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry functions.

Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, the Maintenance Technician responds to maintenance requests, addresses urgent repair needs, and takes a proactive approach to preventative maintenance. By identifying and resolving issues early, this role helps ensure a reliable physical environment that supports high-quality resident care and smooth facility operations.
