Maintenance Technician

Job Description
We are looking for a commercial / industrial level maintenance technician. It will be first shift- however after hour emergencies and weekend work will be required as needed.
If hired through a temp agency- this position would get converted as soon as the employee is eligible.
HVAC/Mechanical/ Facilities Maintenance experience is necessary
-Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
-Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner
Inspect building and premises for safety hazards and perform necessary maintenance to eliminate such hazards
-Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance
Ensure all maintenance activities are in compliance with company policies and safety standards
-Maintain inventory of supplies and tools needed for repair and maintenance tasks
