**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains production and facility equipment within a manufacturing environment that focuses on plastics, resin, and foam. This role performs both preventative and routine maintenance on all equipment and support systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation of machinery and infrastructure across the manufacturing facilities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to support continuous manufacturing operations.
+ Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and work orders to determine the appropriate maintenance and service procedures.
