Maintenance Technician - Mechanic (Industrial Maintenance)

**Position Type: Full-Time, Hourly**
**Compensation: $24 to $32 an hour (based on experience and skills)**
**What You’ll Do**
As a Maintenance Technician at ProAmpac Beaverton, you’ll be a key part of keeping production running safely and efficiently. This role is focused on **rapid response, troubleshooting, and equipment uptime** . Responsibilities include:
+ Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and restoring machines to service as efficiently and safely as possible
+ Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
+ Troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical issues (motors, sensors, switches, wiring, and controls as applicable)
+ Supporting pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems used in production equipment
+ Diagnosing and resolving day-to-day equipment issues on the production floor
+ Completing work orders and prioritizing tasks based on production downtime and urgency
