**Maintenance Technician**
**Martinsburg, WV**
**12-hour shift: 7pm to 7am**
**$34-$35/hour** **with benefits - Medical, Dental, 401k, Pay advancement options, Holidays, and PTO**

Routine Maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal functioning.
Repairs
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems promptly and effectively.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Equipment Installation:
- Install new equipment and systems as needed, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
Troubleshooting:
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to solve complex maintenance problems.
