Job Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and janitorial services of all property owned/leased buildings, as well as performing any necessary duties in those areas.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and janitorial services of all property owned/leased buildings, as well as performing any necessary duties in those areas.
Your Responsibilities:
- Performs minor carpentry and plumbing repairs to our buildings.
- Work well in a team or individual environment
- Repairs to drywall, replace light fixtures
- Assist with renovation projects
- Inspection and required maintenance to all playground equipment
- Clean kitchen including stoves, refrigerators and other appliances
- Clean bathrooms thoroughly and safely
- Collect trash from offices, pool area, events, and where needed.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, wax and buff floors.
- Clean windows and doors.
