Maintenance Technician - South Region

Job Description

The key purpose of the post is to be responsible for repairs, servicing and maintenance of all buildings, grounds, facilities, equipment and vehicles on sites across Tunbridge Wells, Greenwich and Dartford. We ensure that void properties are ready for occupation, including reactive maintenance, decoration, repairs, administration and any ad‑hoc tasks that arise. Tasks cover a wide range of technical and maintenance skills, including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds work, general building work and other work as appropriate, depending on the skills and qualifications required to achieve the task.

Contract & Working Pattern

• Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (37.5 hours per week)
