1. Electrical Maintenance
Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems, wiring, and lighting fixtures across all facilities. Assist in major electrical repairs and technical assignments as required. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all electrical work. 2. Audio-Visual (AV) Systems Maintenance
Perform scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance of AV equipment in stores and support areas. Replace, install, and configure AV components according to operational requirements and technical specifications. Monitor AV system performance and recommend preventive measures to avoid downtime. 3. Preventive Maintenance & Emergency Support
