**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The Maintenance Technician maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs production and packaging equipment to keep the facility running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and production teams, this role ensures all machinery, tools, and systems operate reliably and in line with operational and food safety standards across 3rd shift
Pay: $30-$37 (flexible on experience!)
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment according to established schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
+ Inspect machines regularly for signs of wear, inefficiency, or potential failure, and perform necessary adjustments, lubrication, and component replacements.
