As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that environmental, health, and safety protocols are adhered to, making them a top priority in our operations. You will support safety initiatives, participate in monthly safety meetings, and perform safety audits. Your role will also involve providing technical guidance on manufacturing processes, plant operations, and new technologies, while maintaining compliance with quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Complete work orders and perform preventative maintenance on equipment, logging data in the Maintenance Management System.
+ Record parts used on equipment in the Maintenance Management System.
+ Perform electrical work in accordance with NEC code standards.
+ Assign resources to maintain production uptime and address quality issues, with the authority to stop production if necessary.
