Maintenance Training and Implementation Program Manager

The*Montana Department of Transportation*is recruiting for a*Maintenance**Training & Implementation Program Manager*. This position provides training for employees within the Maintenance division, including Helena headquarters and the five districts across the state. Responsible for conducting needs assessments, identifying sources/content for training, reviewing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for training, administering contracts for training by consultants, developing training materials, teaching classes, and managing training budgets. This position oversees MDT’s Entry Level Drivers Training program which includes setting up and providing training for both internal employees and the general public. This position reports to the Maintenance Operations Manager and does not supervise others.
