Maintenance Worker - Denali Park Village

**Job Description**

The **Maintenance Worker** supports the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all hotel facilities throughout the seasonal lifecycle?opening, peak operations, and close-down. This role performs a wide range of maintenance tasks including plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, HVAC troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, grounds work, and general repairs.

Working in a remote environment with a large seasonal workforce and high guest volume, this position requires flexibility, problem-solving, and the ability to respond to maintenance requests quickly?including occasional night calls for guest room issues. Maintenance Workers contribute directly to guest satisfaction, operational continuity, and the safety of the property.
