Opportunity Description
**Overview**
The **Maintenance Specialist II** is responsible for the daily organization and general maintenance at KKI facilities. This staff member is considered to be an essential employee and is expected to report to work during weather emergencies.
**Responsibilities**
1. Complete and coordinate general maintenance to all KKI properties including faucet repair, unclogging drains, toilet repairs, supply and drain work, painting, spackling, moving departments, ceiling tiles, etc., as needed.
2. Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot all general preventative/predictive and routine Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) maintenance.
3. Assist the Electrical and Maintenance Supervisor with providing cost estimates on designated work.
4. Maintain valve charts for all systems including sprinklers, chilled water and steam.
