+ **Requirement** : At least 2 years of Maitre D experience in a fine dining environment.
+ **Pay Range:** $23.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour
+ **_Additional Responsibilities:_**
+ Ensure reservations are maximized, accurate, and policies are consistently followed
+ Welcome and recognize guests and members, setting the tone for hospitality
+ Handle guest complaints promptly and thoroughly, ensuring complete satisfaction and proper follow-up
+ Train, guide, and oversee the host team on greeting, reservations, phone manners, and professional standards
