As a Managed Services Specialist, you will be responsible for executing platform configuration requests to support our customers in getting the most value from our platform. What You’ll Do

• Configure and manage dashboard setups, search creation, alert management, and other platform requests.
• Execute standard Managed Services tasks with increasing independence.
• Ensure high-quality data structuring to improve platform accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success (CS) and Premium Support teams to address customer needs via a ticketing system.
