I am currently working with a specialist property investment company, looking to hire a Management Accountant. In this role you will report straight to the Director, it is a great opportunity to add value and be exposed to senior leadership.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:
Oversee multi-entity invoicing, payments, and bank management
Manage accounting systems, reconciliations, and creditor reporting
Maintain deal ledgers, financial summaries, and project reporting
Coordinate with external accountants and statutory submissions
Monitor cash flow, intercompany transfers, and funding requirements
Ensure rental income collection and general operational administrationWhat you'll need to succeed
You'll be a fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with property experience. Ideally you will have industry experience within the property sector. You must be immediately available or on sho...
