Summary About the Position: This position supports the mission of J-1 Manpower and Organization Manpower Management and Documentation and is located in Falls Church, VA. A relocation incentive may be authorized Responsibilities Serves as senior manpower specialist, authoritative technical expert and team lead for the Defense Health Agency Manpower and Organization (M and O) Division. Maintains manpower and organizational changes to the Defense Health Agency Manpower Requirements Tool, Defense Medical Human Resources System-internet (DMHRS-i), as well as local manpower documents. Administers and coordinates manpower (military, civilian, and contractor) related programmatic initiatives, such as manpower reductions (as directed by higher authority) in conjunction with the DHA senior staff.
