Summary About the Position: This position is located in Falls Church, VA. Conducts studies of various functions, obtaining, compiling, analyzing, evaluating, and synthesizing information to recommend improvements. Serves as liaison for management/employee relations, workmen's compensation, and employee benefit actions. Provides regulatory interpretation, guidance, and assistance regarding such things as authorized leave, work schedules, computation of service dates, retirement benefits, awards, health and life insurance benefits, and on-the-job inquiries.
