Management Analyst

Summary About the Position: Serves as key advisor and technical expert in maintenance management and asset management programs for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Analyzes data, evaluates program effectiveness, and develops recommendations to optimize performance and efficiency. Administer the Facility Equipment Maintenance (FEM) system, coordinate assessments, and provide technical guidance and support across the district. Also supervises a team of maintenance control technicians. Responsibilities Analyze maintenance data using the Facility Equipment Maintenance (FEM) system and other databases. Identify trends, inefficiencies, and problems in maintenance operations. Develop solutions and recommendations to improve maintenance processes and business practices.
