Management Analyst

Summary This position is located in the VBA St Louis Regional Office, The incumbent serves as a Management Analyst in the Support Services Division (SSD) of the VA Regional Office. The position provides program, administrative, technical, analytical, and management support to the Chief and Assistant Chief, as well as other staff members. Responsibilities The employee is responsible to the Chief and Assistant Chief for managing the front office and assisting other staff by carrying out a complete range of administrative, project management, and analytical functions. Major duties include but are not limited to: Assist and advise management on the effectiveness and efficiency of the Divisions programs and functions. Develops, analyzes, evaluates, and improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, management controls, information, and documentation systems.
