Management and Program Analyst

Summary This position is part of the Office of Electricity, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will analyze and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency with which assigned DOE organizations and their components carry out their programs and functions. Responsibilities As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Serves as an analyst and/or advisor to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of a substantive program and its operations or a key segment of a broader major mission critical program within a DOE program office. Develops, manages, and maintains assigned programming data/information systems. Analyzes management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.
