is a selective 2-year career development track designed for ambitious graduates. As a Management Associate, you will step through a
leadership gateway
into the management of a world-class university, gaining the strategic exposure and cross-functional expertise required to lead in the evolving higher education landscape.
The Programme Experience Over a 24-month structured journey, you will build a holistic understanding of organisational management through: Strategic Rotations:
Lead and participate in projects across
two pivotal corporate functions
(e.g., Finance, IT, Sustainability, Communications, or Academic Services) to gain hands-on experience and a broad view of university operations.
External Secondment:
