About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing, boutique transformation consultancy to hire a Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Lead . This is a high-impact role where you will take ownership of complex integration / M&A programmes for private equity-backed businesses, driving value creation from deal strategy through to execution.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering integration strategies, working closely with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives, operational leaders, and investors.
