As a member of the Management Control team at Mota-Engil Africa, the main responsibilities will include: Participation in the monthly closing, consolidation, and financial reporting processes, ensuring the reliability, consistency, and harmonization of information from different markets and regions; Work closely with local teams, promoting the alignment of processes, reporting criteria, and best practices in management control; Periodically prepare management reports and presentations to support decision-making; Monitor operational and financial performance indicators across different markets, identifying variances and proposing corrective measures; Support external audit processes and ensure continuous coordination between auditors, local teams, and the corporate structure; Collaborate on the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts, ensuring interaction and coordination with the various operations; Support initiatives for the...
