Management & Program Assistant (Analysis/OA)

Summary The Management & Program Assistant (Analysis) will provide assistance to one of four Mental Health Section Chiefs; Deputy Chief, and Chief. The Management & Program Assistant (Analysis) will provide administrative leadership, oversight, and coordination of various administrative functions. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to the following: On occasion, the Management and Program Assistant may be required to assist with scheduling mental health appointments. The Management and Program Assistant may be required to provide administrative support in the clinical programs in the absence of the Program Support Assistant. Each Management and Program Assistant will serve as an ADPAC and support the staff in his or her designated area.
