Management & Supervisory (Customer Service & Call Centre) - Alto Group

The Alto Group is a family-owned and operated organization with over 600 employees, which has been serving the motoring needs of the local community for over 60 Years.

We currently looking for an experienced Warranty & Vehicle Repair Specialist with exceptional skills to work at our multi franchised dealership in Pennant Hills, representing our European & Japanese Brands.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be in charge of ensuring all warranty claims relating to the service and repair of vehicles are processed with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.

In this role you will be responsible for:

1. Compiling and completing warranty claims ensuring adherence to guidelines set by the manufacturer and the Alto Group within required timelines
2. Keeping valid, current and legible records of all claims submitted
3. Full time Supervisors of Office and Administrative Support Workers
