Summary About the Position: Serves as a Management Support Specialist for the 596th Transportation Brigade under Military Surface Deployment Distribution Command (SDDC). The position administers programs that include civilian and military personnel management, manpower, unit and personnel awards, and miscellaneous administrative reports. Responsibilities Advise managers and employees regarding civilian personnel regulations and procedures. Provide guidance, instruction, coordination and inspections as necessary on military personnel and other administrative, financial and personnel management functions. Update reports based on analysis of on-board strength, anticipated losses, and workload fluctuations. Plan coordination of the recruitment and placement efforts for the organization.
