The Management Trainee Programme (MTP) is a leadership development programme that seeks to hone motivated individuals to take on leadership roles in the group's businesses. Over the course of 6 month, you will be exposed to different aspects of the business and you will learn to assume these varying roles. The Management Trainee - Branding & Operations is responsible for supporting daily business operations while gaining exposure to brand management, marketing initiatives, customer engagement, operational excellence and staff training and development.
