**Responsibilities:**

+ Follows rotational training programs through various departments or roles within the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each department and how they support each other and the success of the organization.
+ Hands-on engagement of tasks and projects, that provide the ability to apply learnings in a supportive environment.
+ Participate in mentorship partnership with SMEs (subject matter experts) who provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the training process.
