Management Trainee Gateaway (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

A 12–18 month structured rotation program covering Processing Gateway (Inbound & Outbound), Quality Control & CCTV, Transportation/Line Haul, General Affairs (facility management & 5S), Finance (COD/AP), and IT (WMS/devices/data), including HQ bootcamp (Network Planning, TSM, SOPM, NM).

• Execute daily SOPs across receiving, put-away, sorting, staging, bagging, and dispatch, ensuring strict scanning discipline and proper exception documentation.
• Monitor and drive daily KPIs through short-interval control (every 2 hours), and implement rapid corrective actions when needed.
• Design and execute mini projects in each rotation (e.g., improving throughput efficiency, reducing misroutes/damage, optimizing cost per parcel, reducing device turnaround time).
• Conduct 5S and HSE audits within operational areas, follow up on safety and quality findings, and ensure proper evidence handling and privacy compliance (CCTV/COD).
