Responsibilities
Acquisition & Placement
- Talent sourcing and selection.
- Participate in nationwide career fairs and talks.
- Resource planning and mobilization to ensure that staffing needs of the Bank are supported.
- Manage staff promotions to identify best fit for available position.
Compensation
- Manage employees' monthly payroll
- Process employees' benefits related applications (i.e. staff loans, staff claims and etc)
Governance, Policy & Wellbeing
- Conducts research, review and development of HR related policies to ensure compliance with the internal policies and external regulatory provisions.
- Responsible for the review, action plans and submission of impact analysis following implementation of new regulatory provisions.
