Job Purpose:

The Management Trainee will support the execution of marketing strategies for the Vegetable Seeds business, with a primary focus on driving farmer engagement initiatives and strengthening product adoption at the field level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute farmer engagement programs such as field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and field days
• Support implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for vegetable seed products
• Collaborate with Sales and Field teams to enhance product visibility and farmer outreach
• Conduct field visits to gather market intelligence, farmer insights, and competitor activity
• Assist in product positioning and communication strategies based on on-ground feedback
