Manager - Accounts Receivable

As the Manager - Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the accounts receivable function within the organization. This role involves managing a team of account receivable and account coordinator professionals, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and monitoring collections to maintain healthy cash flow. You will work closely with other departments to resolve any discrepancies, enhance credit management processes, and drive improvements in financial reporting and customer service. Your goal is to ensure that receivables are collected in accordance with company policies while maintaining strong relationships with customers. 

What you will be doing:

+ Ensure all loads are billed daily and that comments are recorded for any loads that cannot be billed. 

+ Confirm that contracts and rate agreements are in place for all managed by the company.  ...
