Manager – Actuarial Functions

Key Responsibilities

• Design and price new insurance products across General Insurance portfolios
• Provide actuarial support to business units to drive profitable growth and recommend corrective actions where required
• Analyze the performance of portfolios, lines of business, products, underwriters, TPAs, and branches
• Conduct profitability analysis and provide actionable insights to management
• Monitor claims experience, loss trends, and emerging risks to support business decisions
• Provide actuarial guidance and recommendations on strategic and operational matters
• Support external actuaries with actuarial reviews, reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Perform statistical analysis including business performance monitoring, business mix analysis, and actual versus expected comparisons
