This role is a hands‑on transformation execution role. The Manager will be responsible for driving day‑to‑day delivery of key agency transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes on the ground.

1. Transformation Program Delivery

• Support and deliver assigned agency transformation initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Drive progress across multiple workstreams and ensure commitments are delivered on time.
