Manager, AI-Ready Enterprise Initiative

The Manager for the AI-Ready Enterprise Initiative will play a pivotal role in driving SGTech's flagship programme to accelerate AI adoption among SMEs and strengthen industry standards. This role spans ecosystem development, partner engagement, programme design and delivery, and product roadmap planning, including the development of the AI-Ready Badge Recognition framework and the AI-Ready Enterprise Portal that lists AI solutions, starter kits and curated bundles.
You will work closely with the Reporting Supervisor and colleagues across teams to build and scale the initiative, develop product features, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including technology solution providers, and deliver programmes that guide SMEs through the AI readiness and capability building journey.
