Manager / Assistant Manager - Distribution Conduct Analytics and Monitoring

The Distribution Risk function (L1B) is responsible for ensuring that the company's distribution channels adhere to competency standards and operate ethically and compliantly. This role focuses in driving the execution of the function's preventive capabilities, leveraging data analytics and managing change initiatives to ensure the proper controls are embedded during process design. The role involves partnering closely with distribution risk partners to support continued safe and sustainable growth. Additionally, the role plays a crucial part in preparing risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and relevant committees.
