Manager/ Assistant Manager, HROD

Our Human Resource & Organisation Development (HROD) team supports NYC's mission by acting as a strategic partner to our divisions and making NYC a great place to work. We are on the hunt for bright sparks like you to join us as Manager/Assistant Manager on a one-year contract to gain hands‑on experience in a government agency, make a real impact, and learn directly from youths.

As a Manager/Assistant Manager in HROD, you will support us in contributing to NYC's success. You may choose from two key areas within HROD, and your responsibilities will be generally aligned with your chosen functional pillar:
