Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner division leaders to understand manpower needs and provide HR solutions
- Support recruitment activities including engagement, outreach, interviews, and onboarding
- Handle day-to-day employee queries and support employee relations matters
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Support HR projects and process reviews as required
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous, resourceful, and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Duration/Working hours:
4 months contract (July 2026 to Oct 2026)
Mon to Fri: 42 hours per week
