Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join the team at theBurrell Collection.

Nestled within the beautiful surroundings of Pollok Country Park, The Burrell Collection is home to one of the finest art collections ever assembled by a single individual, with over 9,000 objects gifted by Sir William Burrell.

Our catering operation reflects the same sense of quality and experience. The Burrell Restaurant offers a range of fresh, seasonal dishes made using the finest Scottish ingredients, from hearty family favourites to lighter, healthy options and a dedicated children’s menu.
