Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Target potential clients in e-commerce, retail, and manufacturing for warehousing solutions via cold calls, networking, and events.
- Build relationships with prospects and clients; assess needs and propose customized fulfillment and logistics options.
Sales Strategy
- Develop sales plans to acquire new business and grow portfolios; collaborate on proposals, tenders, and pricing.
- Lead negotiations on contracts, SLAs, and deals to meet revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize P&L for assigned accounts or portfolios valued at minimum Rs 15-20 Cr , ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
