Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets by working with distribution channels, particularly in developing Pensions business.Drive distribution channel effectiveness through expanding channel capacity, improving productivity, and increasing the number of productive distributors.Provide sales & marketing strategy support and execution by providing input to formulate strategies, supporting implementation, and monitoring progress with regular status updates.Provide product / service enhancement recommendations to maintain market competitiveness, including providing insights for product/service development.Provide reporting & business review by compiling regular sales reports for management and distribution channels.Support ad-hoc assignments including projects and initiatives as assigned from time to time.Requirements
