Accountabilities and activities
- Support the Channel Head in implementing and executing business plans and initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, fostering strong relationships through prompt, professional, and high-quality service
- Develop innovative business ideas and enhance the Agent, Brokerage, and IFA channel sales platform
- Manage sales performance and review mapped accounts in alignment with sales KPIs
- Drive and manage digital enablement utilization both internally and externally
- Identify target segments and implement marketing strategies to drive new business for individual products
- Innovative new ways to serve and improve businesses, products, and work operation
- Prepare presentation materials and assist in compiling business and management reports
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by the Channel Head
