Responsibilities
Navigate the growth of Homecentre and steer the business towards sustained Profitability by being the owner of business information
Analyse territory wise sales performance, key retail metrics and provide monthly feedback to GM ,DGM – Retail Operations
Provide commercial guidance through relevant business information
Provide standard, relevant and user-friendly business information for the Concept office, territories and users in the Organisation
Produce the company dashboard of Retail KPI’s and Operational manual.
