- Strategic Leadership and Business Oversight
- Support the department head to lead end‑to‑end business support for the insurance/takaful partnership distribution channel.
- Drive strategic planning and execution to support sales growth, operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
- Provide leadership in business analytics, sales forecasting and channel insights to enable data‑driven decisions.
