Support Downstream Management and the Downstream Group Companies and Employees with HC, Audit, and other resources concerns including alignment with other directorates. Provide guidance, strategic direction, ensure communication flows, establish performance standards, and support Downstream Management in delivery of their People pillar objectives. Plan, direct, control and supervise the events of Downstream Directorate.

• Manage the Downstream Directorate and Group Company’s resource movement to ensure the required interface is understood and implemented.
