Manager - business transformation

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Business Consulting practice, with a strong focus on Transformation Consulting. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of consulting experience within metals, mining, power, or heavy industry sectors, with a strong track record of leading large-scale transformation programs leveraging frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, TQM, and TPM.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end transformation consulting engagements, ensuring high‐quality delivery. Design and implement operational excellence strategies to improve process efficiency. Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, variability, and defects. Coach and mentor client teams on Lean, TQM, TPM, and continuous improvement practices.
