• Assess and adjust staffing requirements to maintain the highest quality of service while minimizing overtime and excess labor expenses.
• Oversee all supervisory functions, including developing and mentoring supervisors and coordinators; ensure regular use of metrics and system tools in conjunction with operational metrics review standards.
• Act as liaison between Account Managers and operational staff on all policy and procedure changes or implementations; investigate significant issues to determine root cause and correction procedures, initiating incident reports when necessary.
